No we do this shit on occasion. You will also notice if another goat has a serious problem and posts it we don't shit on them and offer meaning full help and support.

My parents mentioned the idea of pets to me several times when I was a child and I always yelled and tantrum saying I hate animals, they can't do anything else but shit, piss, salivate and be disgusting.

Little boys are the cutest... and I just love to see kids with their pets. Every kid should have a dog to snuggle.

Man, im 35 and im every bit as much of a sucker for puppies as i was 30 yrs ago. Found a dumped off fucked up pup in the mountains a couple years ago, he wouldve been dead in a day or two. Hes now a 70lb snuggle machine. I dont know why, but ive always found stray animals since i was a kid. They seem to gravitate towards me. Id skip school to bring dogs etc home. Had some pretty tolerant parents luckily.

Thanks for taking him home. I have a dog myself who I adopted and he’s the greatest dog I’ve ever had and the smartest one I’ve ever known.

Thats so sweet! Growing up, my mom was always rescuing animals. My dad wasn't a fan but he loves my mom... it's still not unusual to go to my parents house and find a new dog!!

My mom just rescued a beautiful lab who was in a puppy mill "for my brother" she is currently waiting for her to have her last liter of puppies. She waited to have her spayed because there was a possibility she was pregnant.

My boy is about to have his first bday and I think he's getting one of them! We always had dogs growing up and there's just nothing like that bond!!

I'm a woman... and I have a son. Little boys are cute. You need to take a break from here if you see a comment like that and automatically sexualize it.

Goddamnit. I get drunk, for the first time in months, and the first thing I see is making me tear up. Ffs, I just wanted to chuckle at some shitposts.

Maybe. You would be surprised how fast landscapes change. None of the plants in the photo look like hardwoods.

Edit: maybe that sapling, but its right up against that rickety fence.

The puppy—as adorable as it is—is long dead. The man has probably been dead for 15 years or more. The boy may be in his 70s or 80s. I am assuming this pic was taken in the late 1940s.

Let's hope they had good lives, and their kids and grandkids, had many good puppies in their good lives as well.

But the little boy and the guy don’t have that American look. The Clothes are also slightly off. I am sort of leaning towards Eastern European ...

Seconds before happiness...

Hours before shit on the floor.

Day before regret.

Week before cursing over the inability to control the animal.

Fortnight before mom's bruises go away.

Month before he touches the bottle again.

6 weeks before nightmares of the war wake him in tears and the bottle puts him to sleep again.

2 months before he breaks the puppy' s rib for chewing something he never really cared about before.

2 and a half months before mom with bloody lip pulls crying baby from fathers arms to live with her parents.

3 months before weezing loyal puppy protect the leg of the man who held him a quarter year before. Now the fingers of the war hero are limp as brain matter and skull fragments drop from the wall.

...

15 years before a new recruit enlists in the army. This tiny boy grew up to stories of his father the war hero. He doesn't remember much about his dad, but the recruit liked the dog in the recruiters advertisment.
