New Horizons is so much further away than where that image was taken that we still would be a pixel at best, I'd imagine.

Edit: I take that back. Voyager was at 3.7 billion miles when that image was taken. New Horizons is 3.8 billion miles away. Although with its camera being geared more for up-close observation, still not sure how good a shot we'd get of home.
