Well now my computer turns on and off then stays off. I messed around with my hard drive a little bit and this just started happening. Please don’t tell me my new PSU already broke like the last one?

I found the problem.

It is between the seat and the screen.

it's hard to say at this point. that could be the issue though. bad power can do all sorts of strange things. that would really be my first guess. i think you should start with pulling the whole thing apart then installing just enough hardware to get a post screen. psu, mainboard, ram, cpu, video. then just add things in one at a time until something fails. if it fails immediately then it's one of those five components. testing with a known good psu would be my first guess. if you can hook up a speaker to your mainboard the beep codes would be super helpful. it tells you if it's the video card or memory. no beeps means it's the mainboard or psu. the chances of it being a cpu issue are extremely small. it takes running it without cooling or overclocking it way to far to burn them usually. in 25 years of computer work i've never had a bad chip from the factory.
