As someone who's extremely wary of moving to 10 (only direct X performance is tempting me ) I don't see continually posting the current flaws as a circlejerk

Same. Its like how you can never say "don't eat piles of poop" too many times to people who are considering eating it. (don't know why someone would do that just like I don't know why someone would want to use W10)

If you are wary about it might as well stick to Windows 8.1. It isn't a massive improvement but it is an improvement. There are tons of privacy issues that are on by default in the settings. There are things you can't even disable without having the Pro edition of Windows 10 which is completely retarded. The start menu has a bunch of shit you will need to clean. It adds a few bits of crapware to your computer. And boot time seems to be slower than windows 8.1 without hibernation mode. Also the Icons are ugly and the whole white theme is pretty annoying.

But overall I would recommend getting it for the performance increase and for the overall look of it.
