Maybe they are just sick of the circle jerk?

And also the fact that they made 2 megathreads for Windows 10. Probably to avoid the massive level of idiotic shitposting saying the same things over and over again like we're getting here.

We've actually made a total of 5, now 6 Megathreads.

As someone who's extremely wary of moving to 10 (only direct X performance is tempting me ) I don't see continually posting the current flaws as a circlejerk

Same. Its like how you can never say "don't eat piles of poop" too many times to people who are considering eating it. (don't know why someone would do that just like I don't know why someone would want to use W10)

Or like how it's totally cool for Jehovah's Witnesses to keep coming by because they see that you are going to hell.

If you are wary about it might as well stick to Windows 8.1. It isn't a massive improvement but it is an improvement. There are tons of privacy issues that are on by default in the settings. There are things you can't even disable without having the Pro edition of Windows 10 which is completely retarded. The start menu has a bunch of shit you will need to clean. It adds a few bits of crapware to your computer. And boot time seems to be slower than windows 8.1 without hibernation mode. Also the Icons are ugly and the whole white theme is pretty annoying.

But overall I would recommend getting it for the performance increase and for the overall look of it.

Here's an update:

The post is now visible again.

The post was made visible again about 12 hours ago (sorry, wasn't home with not access to the net), after it was removed for estimated 10 hours or longer. It seems that all it took was this major stink on voat and the mention of /u/pedro19, the creator of reddits pcmasterrace, in this thread. He posted 2 comments (1 and 2) where he claims that the post was "temporarily" removed by automoderator 4 hours after it was created and slowly gotten popular - or by one of his moderators.

There is still no comment from a moderator why it was deleted.

Hell, if the post in question would be pro Microsoft you'd probably be here screaming of us being Apple or Linux shills. When posts are removed they are always removed for breaking side-bar rules. If the post was removed for breaking rule #6, whatever brand or company it referred to had nothing to with its removal.
