it's a little more than you want to spend (by about 16 pounds) but my suggestion is a ducky mechanical keyboard. i've got a ducky shine 2 and ducky shine 4 and they are both fantastic keyboards. i think the ducky shine 5 is the current full sized keyboard but they make short ones too. with ducky not only do you have fantastic build quality that looks really sleek, are built like a tank, and have plenty of color options for your back lit leds, but you also get a full range choice of what type of cherry mx switches you want.
i can not recommend ducky keyboards more strongly.
