We should try to be better than we were on the other site. We should be more welcoming to people even if they are not part of the master race. If we see console players being ignorant (about PC) we should correct them and explain why that is not true instead of circle jerking about how much of a "peasant" they are. We should be the face of a friendly community that people would want to join rather than putting them off by being abrasive. We shouldn't be fighting with them either because that won't help (discussion is better that mindless arguments).
My suggestion is that we should make it easy for people to switch to PC by being welcoming and informative. To achieve this we will need to change what content we submit and upvoat to this subverese (compared to what was on the other site), and maybe get rid of, or at least tone down some of the cult-ish culture that we have. It would also probably be better if weren't about what makes PC better than consoles but instead about what makes PC gaming so great.
Edit: Ok, so my main goal with this post for us to take steps to avoid the circle jerk that was created on the other site. The tongue-in-cheek humor is ok, but we just have to make sure we don't get lost in it in the same way that people can start doing something when they originally started doing it ironically. My idea is not to throw away all the culture we had but to instead make the community for friendly to everyone (even console players). The problem is that people who are introduced to PC are often told to steer clear of us because of the way we act.

This is something people in the master race often forgot because they got lost in it all which is part of the problem.
