So when do we assume she was given an ultimatum by the Clintons to "shut up or die"?

I think they 'invite' you first, which is literally like an invitation. Then if you decline and they really want you to testify then they issue a subpoena which can be enforced.

Fox News was initially told Rice would be giving closed-door testimony Tuesday before the Republican-led House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

This is not what we the people want.

In the final days of his presidency, Obama expanded who was able to see the Presidential Daily Brief that likely would have contained the identities of unmasked American citizens. National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, has been identified as the individual who unmasked Gen. Michael Flynn to spur the Trump/Russia controversy. She cannot hide from these facts as it is already known to be true. What she cannot answer satisfactorily is why?

Anyway, this information is already known to investigators as she would have been required to give an appropriate rationale to gain approval for the unmasking.

I think the Democrats are beginning to understand how Trump is using the media to raise public awareness of public corruption. The MSM just did not see that it would be Democrats that would be the accused.

Rice told PBS in March that she “knew nothing” about the unmasking of Trump associates.

So one could deduce that she.. dindu nuffin?
