Why aren't we protesting this bullshit every time and every place it pops up? Oh, right.. we have jobs and contribute to society instead of trying to tear it all down.

The best way to combat this type of thing is by writing letters to alumni and donors to let them know what is going on.

^^^^ This. I work in the fundraising department of a private university. What you say is absolutely true. If you can key in a couple high profile donors to what is going on the administration with snap into place again quickly. By high profile I mean million dollar plus. That very thing happened on our campus a few years ago. Something was occuring an alumni/donor did not approve of. He started a letter writing campaign to other alumni and donors. It literally devided our constituents in two (it was an LGTBQ event). The students created a counter protest, but it didn't matter. The purse strings won. Sure a few donors stopped giving, but we didn't loose the million dollar donors. And I promise you, they probably do not realize what is going on because they are running billion dollar development companies, law firms, and biotechnology companies. They don't have time to keep up with "campus news".

also state government. Demand to see the research behind it. If its not verifiable in any way {hint: NONE OF IT IS], then they should not be doing it.

This is how you get tenured professors fired. this is how you get rid of useless programs. More importantly, you may find the board of trustees for the university on your side once you get the state involved.

I just assume they are letting the class-action lawsuit really pile up.

We're getting these kids ready for one aspect of the working world; the bullshit cultural sensitivity and sexual harassment workshops. They will have to sit through these stupid seminars, feign interest in as employees in the near future.

That's why I work for a very small company. The owner is stingy (they all are), but I don't have to deal with this kind of shit. Ever.
