If you truly believe in free speech, then the stretch all the way up to causing someone immediate harm, like yelling "Fire" in a crowded theater, causing a riot that can hurt people, or very specifically threatening a person, like saying "I will kill so-and-so on this day and time at this location with this weapon". That's about when it's no longer free speech.
Calling the president of a country a zoophile should be protected speech because your hurt feelings don't amount to censoring a person in another country that's under different laws. If that president can't take that little insult, they shouldn't be a leader.
