"The policy doesn't object to students wearing political shirts but the code states that if a shirt causes a disruption to learning it has to be removed or turned inside out."

So if your shirt makes liberals cry or threaten you, then its your fault. Shit like this should lead to the school stating its commitment to free speech and denouncing any agitation or violence based on politics. Instead the school justifies silencing someone's speech because liberals have declared that line of speech verboten.

All the kid has to do is start complaining about everyone else's shirts until the school has no recourse but to wear a uniform. That will show those libtard cry babies.

I went to Catholic school.

It was good for me (not the Catholic part, but all the rest). Wore a uniform to school every day for 9 school years. Got a better education. And I turned out just fine.

seriously, uniforms really seem to solve a lot of problems in schools. Nothing makes these kids cry harder than removing their "freedom to self-expression and artistic prowess" or whatever shit they will call it. "How am I supposed to EXPRESS myself if I have to wear a uniform! waaaah" "How am I supposed to make fun of kids that wear clothes from the thrift store and wal mart while I'm getting shit from the Gap and Banana republic?"

Had the same thing happen to me but it was with a bad religion shirt. So I did what I thought was best, bought different ones and kept wearing one of them a week.

Conservatives cry too. The highschool I went to has a GSA that isn't allowed to put up posters because Christians are offended by the word gay. This perpetual case of being offended needs to stop on both ends.

LIBERALS =FREE SPEECH. FOOL; just because a lot of idiots now dont understand political thought doesnt mean you dont have to too. these are neo-liberals a mix of pro capitalism, oligarchy and consumerism. they say socialism or progressive but those are just a words to them that old white men thought up.

Instead of teaching kids to be civil and tolerate expression of different ideas, lets teach them mob justice and oppression instead.

Fuck, now my tax dollars are going to have to fund another lawsuit defense and judgement. Assholes!

Edit: Might even be two or three lawsuits. Idiots. The kids parents will likely sue, the people who made the shirt will probably sue, and some interest group will probably sue. They should have told the complainers to grow a pair and shut the fuck up.

I used to have a similar opinion about when schools were sued, but then I realized that this sort of stupidity happens when assholes get appointed by my elected officials, and a judgement against school or police or other local government is an indictment of the official, and the tax payers should be voting for better people.

The people who made the shirt are likely to sue? how high are you?

The shirt in question was probably made by a Trump support group. You don't think the group will be peeved that their shirt has been deemed "disruptive" and banned by the school as take it as an affront to their movement? Considering the litigious world in which we live, and can't imagine they won't sue, if for nothing else but the publicity.

And to answer your question - I'm at work, so not high atm, but it's almost quitin' time so in another couple hours....pretty high.

I'm not surprised. They didn't allow sports team hats at my school because of gang affiliations.

Never cater to people who break your laws.

It might trigger the mexicans.

Were the Mexicans in class to even be able to be triggered?
