Except Sharpton would demand American Airlines conduct mandatory sensitivity training and pay him off with a 'donation' to his 'charity'.

I'd say she's hosed. FAA has laws in place for this moron.

The Airline could counter sue just to show they can not he extorted by these people. If she does go through with it, i see it being tossed by every judge it lands in front of. Race clearly has nothing to do with why she was tossed. The FAA and Homeland Security will probably be happy to support the Airlines reason.

49 U.S.C. § 46504 Law for assaulting a crew member

14 C.F.R. §§ 91.11, 121.580, 135.120. Law for interfering with a crew member

Interference. The maximum civil penalty for interfering with a crew member is a fine of up to $25,000. (49 U.S.C. § 46318.)

She could always file a complaint. (That took work to say without laughing.)
