Except Sharpton would demand American Airlines conduct mandatory sensitivity training and pay him off with a 'donation' to his 'charity'.

She should just crowdfund her own BLM airlines.

I'd say she's hosed. FAA has laws in place for this moron.

The Airline could counter sue just to show they can not he extorted by these people. If she does go through with it, i see it being tossed by every judge it lands in front of. Race clearly has nothing to do with why she was tossed. The FAA and Homeland Security will probably be happy to support the Airlines reason.

49 U.S.C. § 46504 Law for assaulting a crew member

14 C.F.R. §§ 91.11, 121.580, 135.120. Law for interfering with a crew member

Interference. The maximum civil penalty for interfering with a crew member is a fine of up to $25,000. (49 U.S.C. § 46318.)

She could always file a complaint. (That took work to say without laughing.)

BLM is bucking to have an all out war. Wonder why the movement is so strong. Let's see, keep social unrest in our nation, make the population scared of the police, worry about immigration.

Meanwhile, our corrupt-ass leaders continue about their corruption unfettered by people who have been kept too busy with other issues to take too much notice of all their wheelings and dealings to further their own power and financial welfare.

You Should read the book "state of fear" by Michael Crichton. It parallels what you are saying and it's a good story.

She's complaining about being black while dealing with discrimination from the TSA. I honestly cannot think of a time I dealt with a white TSA agent.

She's complaining about how she was treated by the stewardesses. Still bullshit though.

“That couple looked frustrated and upset because they physically had to get up ... I felt it was necessary for me to say something,”

Right there is where she's fucking wrong. The stewardesses don't owe you shit, they don't have to explain shit to you. It's their boat. Shut the fuck up, or don't fly.

It is federal law to comply with crew member instructions. And under this law they can if necessary take extreme measures. My father was a pilot for many years. He told me that he once was on an international flight where the crew had to break up a fight. Only the offending party kept returning to the fight. Finally after refusing to comply my father threatened to duct tape him to his new seat for the last 4 hours into LAX.

They had been around the airport for at least an hour played security games taking off their shoes and finally are in the seat they expect to stay in for a while as they leave one airport, yes they are frustrated about getting up again.

It's another "jobs" program for the most useless asshole pieces of shit in our country... any negro who hasn't yet been convicted of a federal offense seems to be qualified for that job.

Yeah. It certainly doesn't make me feel safe. I was actually searched and tested for explosives because I didn't realize I had a tissue in my back pocket when I went into the scanner. I'm just not confident in their competence to protect me from anything.

What a shitbag. What do some people not get about following the rules of whoever owns the service you're using, especially rules backed up by law...Its not that fucking hard.

LOL. Uppity negroes don't do well when violating Federal Aviation regulations especially with threats from hostile passengers. She'll be lucky if she isn't serving time in prison and given a lifetime flight ban. I wish the air marshal would have executed her on the plane for being a threat.

In the article it says she's banned from American airlines

I hope so. I'm sure AA wants her to tell all her black followers to not fly AA anymore. They probably wanted to ban negroes from their planes anyway, but didn't want to get fined for discrimination. I definitely prefer non-negro flights if possible. I've been fortunate to rarely ever have to sit next to a negro on a flight (flying economy too). Last thing you want is an uppity, loud negro on a flight that the air marshal might have to shoot because every negro is a probable threat if you ask me.
