If you "don't see protesters," I don't think I have anything else I can add to this discussion. In short, my views are that the 1033 program had maybe good intentions, but as with anything that becomes under the sole discretion of those who benefit from it, it's been abused to a degree that police strap up with more gear than soldiers. You disagree, there's not really anything I can tell you that's going to change that view.

You havent shown abuse. You showed a vehicle standing in a row with police officers.
And if you think protesters come equipped with molotov cocktails, you are going to the wrong protests.
