Exacty. This guy's quote is really appropriate but not for the reason he thinks it is.

When you’re accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression.

If you are accustomed to having an advantage in say, college admissions or financial aid because of your skin color or heritage. When someone comes along and says skin color shouldn't be a factor in these things and they should be granted based on merit and actual need. It seems like they are being oppressive, but they aren't.
