This is in Newton, MA from this past Tuesday. Clinton is right in front of the polling station, about 50-60 feet, well inside the 150 foot restriction, and clearly violating federal electioneering laws. After the Whitewater victories, they've obviously appeared to consider themselves above the law in all circumstances. Pity no one's brought them to task given a million opportunities.
On the other hand, if only candidates themselves and their spouses can get away with it, then they can only affect one polling station each, which isn't much. Sanders should have turned out and stood beside him, lol.
Incidentally, do those laws apply to primaries? I get the election itself, but it seems a bit weird to have laws governing a private organisation's internal polling.
