Nobody will ever know exactly what was going through her head when she decided to try to outrun the cops — a terrible idea in almost any circumstances
I can't think of any time that trying to outrun the cops is a good idea. Especially if you haven't committed a felony.
Now if the drivers were white, running away in a 1969 Dodge Charger maybe you should let them go before they total another sheriffs car.
