That's a threat? I don't think anyone could seriously think that he meant it literally. It's a metaphorical expression of the medieval days when peasants revolted against rulers and would march with pitchforks and stakes.

Yeah, but he's under 'probation' which is another bullshit way they stamp on free speech. He's right though that it was someone at the state level that pushed the county to arrest him.

It violates his probation terms. Never accept a deal from the court. You will end up signing away your civil rights and all paths of recourse.
