Well if you want to diddle or kidnap a specific kid, then you're basically dealing with 93% of the population. I could easily see some crazy parent using this to find their kid, kidnapping said kid and leaving the country.

What did humanity do before it was possible to track children's locations to the nearest meter? Surely there must've been just a staggeringly gigantic number of children that went missing or were abducted. Similarly, how could parents possibly let their children leave the house without the ability to communicate with them at a moment's notice?
