Not guilty, but because of this the man lost his job and is now bankrupt. I hope he can file a civil suit against those bitches, and bankrupt them in return.

It's so similar to what happens to the victim of a false rape accusation. I really hopes he successfully sues his accusers!

Yes, it's a great result, but hardly a victory overall. He did nothing wrong and the feminists ruined him, so they win.

Now other feminists know they can silence people through the courts regardless of the result

One of the biggest villains in this case has got to be Crown prosecutor Marni Goldenberg, who I assume decided to go ahead with this thing. As long as you have prosecutors who are willing to try anyone feminists don't like, they can severely punish people without needing a guilty verdict.

There's a fund to support him and take care of some of the legal costs involved in this three year ordeal: https://www.generosity.com/fundraising/gregory-alan-elliott-twitter-trial-support-fund

Let's help Alan out. This guy took a bullet helping to defend common sense and is helping to set a precedent of calling out bullshit & not caving in to emotionally disturbed douchebags who have men issues.

Please contribute to the fund, even $5 or $10 if it suits your budget better. Every bit helps.

I wouldn't be opposed to seeing this as a sticky on voat's home page for a certain period of time. Like three years. Or until he's on his feet again.

I have hope that the hype from this will garner a lot of donations to his cause as well as force a political sea change in Canada. It is obvious now that identity politics is colluding with Canadian politicians for dubious profits.

Edit: See Mcinnes agrees.

I sincerely hope he files a retaliatory lawsuit.

Those cunts shouldn't be able to get away with this. There must be repercussions.

Canada should hang its head in shame over this disgraceful violation of a man's rights.

Good news, but the fact that this went so far in court only shows that Canada is teetering on the brink. Time will tell if it falls off.

Ok hear me out here. It may have been allowed to go on to "open up" the issue. The way this story has gone there is not only a chance for the Elliot's to counter sue but some possible serious evidence of government corruption and collusion.

It won't go high enough up the food chain (ie: Wynne's office) however it could certainly have some serious blowback in the "Clown Attorney's" office and the police.

There were some beautiful feminist tears on twitter: https://archive.is/H75sP

She made her account private after a bit.

My favourite snippet was:

All these "I believe the victims" people don't care to discover who the victim is or whether there is a victim at all. They just believe the woman.

I am more interested in the literal criminal conspiracy that ms guthrie and 11 other people took place in before all this happend.

Yes that is the big story here and one of the possible reasons the trial went ahead in the first place.

no shit, "so what was the secret meeting you guys had about?" "i dont remember, but it wasnt him" 2 years later a letter to the judge arrives detailing the content of that meeting and that it was literally a criminal conspiracy. "sorry, this is inadmissible" http://www.genuinewitty.com/interactive-relationship-charts/gregory-alan-elliott-trial-relationship-map/

Unfortunately, that doesn't work with feminists and progressives as they are devoid of a conscience.
