Nothing about "the system" is rigged against any race. There are laws meant to guarantee this.

Blacks receive longer sentences when they are poor and cannot afford solid representation, just like poor whites. They also receive longer sentences for repeat offenses. Same for whites.

Difference is, there is a much larger portion of the black population that are poor and/or career criminals.

Personal prejudice exists, but it makes sense. If you spend all day every day dealing with savage criminals and a majority of them wore red hats, you'd probably start to be more wary of people that wear red hats.

Very true, "institutional racism" definitely exists, it's just entirely in favor of non-whites.

that doesn't mean that your dislike of red hats is justified. those people wearing the red hats are not representative of other people wearing red hats, and those of us too stupid to understand that is why we a lot of problems in this country exist.

Right, the problems in this country exist not because one group doing a lion's share of rape and murder and other crime but because another group notices it.

Whether or not it is "justified" is not even in the equation. You can not legislate morality. Whether consciously or unconsciously, people will have prejudices, and people who are exposed to massive amounts of black crime will have a natural prejudice towards blacks.

Not sure how that concept eluded you and the two people that thought your post had any merit.
