They'll jump back up given time and in the mean time they pay out a decent dividend.

SDRL is incredibility cheap, but it is fairly risky given the offshore drilling costs are not sustainable in the current market, but wow it's very temping to drop a load on.

Offshore is definitely one to stay away from, I had 50 shares in NADL because it was cheap last year. Figured it would go up because I bought during their off season (winter) they just condensed their stock and now I only have 2 shares left. But they did report having over $4B in assets.
I'm just going to stick to the big guys BP, conoco, shell, etc. Their dividend payouts haven't changed in about 5 years despite the prices.
