No. You don't get to report a personal crime, a year after it allegedly took place, and get to have it taken seriously. There's no evidence left to support your claim. If you believe you've been raped, go to a hospital and request a rape kit. That's it, end of the fucking story (he he he...). If you do literally anything else then society has no other rational choice than to treat you as a liar.

Replace this situation with any other personal crime and even the most ardent feminists have to acknowledge that it sounds ridiculous. "The front door of my house has shattered and off the hinges when i returned home." "I didn't perform an inventory of my house, and called a crew to replace the door and frame" "1 year later, i noticed some jewelry was missing. I immediately thought of the break in and called the police". The police would laugh at this person and call the theft claim a waste of time. The parallel is almost perfect, but the reaction from society is not.
