For a few months, prices here in Alberta were really low. 20 cents or even 25 cents cheaper than they had been last year. Now they're only about 10 cents cheaper while oil prices remain super low.

sigh And so few people bring things like that up. They hear crude oil is down, and there's a chorus of people shouting "WOOH, CHEAP GAS, I LIKE THIS TREND!"
Guys... gas isn't that cheap. Look at the ratios over time between crude and the pump... those are the important numbers.

I was one of them. Celebrating that oil prices were plunging. Two of my buddies in the industry just laughed and said, "dude...don't you want to sell your house? Good luck" Thank God we were able to find a buyer.
