“James Deen held me down and f__ked me while I said no, stop, used my safeword. [...]"

And no one else on set stopped it? If this were true I think she would be filing suit against everyone on set who didn't stop it. Not a great way to make a case by targeting one individual. Not to mention that she should have complained to the company and documented it to further strengthen her claim. Instead she posted to twitter. Doesn't seem like something one would do to solve a serious problem.

Another accuser from 2011:

I was assaulted by James Deen.” She says that while she explicitly told him no, “He proceeded to straddle my chest, pinning down my arms with his knees. Then, he raised his hand high above his head, swinging it down and hitting me in the face and head with an open palm. He did this five or six times—hard—before finally getting off of me.”

She says that she “felt pressured to maintain a professional demeanor as this was a major porn set, with other people present and failing to intervene” and that she didn’t report it because “people — including the police — tend to believe that sex workers have placed themselves in harm’s way, and therefore can’t be assaulted.

She victimized herself by not being honest in the moment. Not saying anything removes validity to future claims. By not saying anything, she has proven that she will suffer whatever in order to get a check. That is a choice she made, if the incident actually occurred.

She has a lawsuit against the production company if this is true. Although if this actually happened posting on twitter would be the least of her priorities right now, and by posting on Twitter it makes the whole thing very questionable.

Stoya said Deen was her boyfriend too. It's not like she couldn't ruin the scene herself to get people to notice. I know Deen does a lot of BDSM scenes with now, so I'm wondering if this was during one of those scenes. Porn "actresses" are supposed to act like they are suffering and in pain, but once the safe word is said, it stops.

Porn chicks are insane (like most women). ;) I remember when 3 or 4 niggers broke into Cytherea's home and robbed and raped her, she got back into porn to fuck niggers so get over her fears and show them she wasn't scared of black people. :)

Came here to say this. Makes me wonder what the safe word is. Her saying "No" or "Stop" means nothing in a bdsm scene. But if she's yelling "Cleveland" over and over again that means something else.

Ya, she may get called a bitch or overreacting or who knows what. But she had every right to raise hell over an ignored safe word. He ruined the scene, not her (if she didn't act professionally). Which it's completely professional to call out criminal behavior.
