Yeah here's the thing, those freedoms you supposedly cherish, yeah we extend those to people we don't particularly like

You're aboslutely free to practice islam, hell you can preach hell fire for the unbeleivers all day long from your islamic mosque, and there's not a damn thing anyone should do about it, until they take actions which are illegal

freedom of speech for me but not for the thee makes you little more than a right wing version of a SJW

Serving as a place of worship is fine. Recruiting people and/or monetarily supporting radical Islamic terrorism is not.

Well thats problematic, as a good deal of muslims contribute to charities who in turn funnel that money to groups which some people consider terrorists and others don't

Big grey area, funding and lending material support for terrorism is a crime already and we should enforce those laws.

Muslims are free to preach death to America all day long from their mosques, just like the westboro baptists do every day

Most support for radical islamism comes from the Pentagon. It is the biggest mosque out there.

Being a member of a organization that endorses/practices slavery, oppression, brutality, and human rights violations is not a freedom of speech or religion. Christians (mostly importantly their leadership) aren't still practicing their violations, so they are free to practice their religion here.

Don't lump Islam into freedom of religion, when every Muslim nation practices sharia law and other human right violations and most migrants want sharia law everywhere they live. That's like giving Nazis a freedom of religion pass on the holocaust.
