Don't worry, the Junior Anti-Sex League Feminist And Gender Studies students will happily volunteer for the position, provided they can put it on their resume: "2015 - 2016: Coordinated an intersectional, campus-wide campaign to protect women, minorities, and LBGTQIA students from from Internet harassment, rape, triggering, and abuse."

Theoretically it could work, but I don't think schools have the budget for that. At least not in America where people like this have the most influence.
