Not a big deal leaving it up. If someone in the state are offended then they should move away. People being offended is honestly ruining this country. Let people do them and just leave them the fuck alone.

I don't think it's "being offended" that's ruining our country, it's the fact that anyone that gets "offended" can bitch and moan enough to get entire state symbols removed. These same people tried to dig up a confederate grave because it was "offensive" and the state wasn't "taking care" of this issue fast enough. Fuck 'em, every last offended one of them.

I think the bigger issue is, it's their OFFICIAL state flag. If they want to change it, have a vote, have a design contest or what not and redesign the flag to be a more modern representation of the state. If the state chooses to keep the current flag, then too bad for the people who are offended.

We actually had a vote over the Mississippi flag about 12 or 13 years ago. We voted to keep it. This should be a settled issue.

It's not about being offended. It's about the state honoring a rebel movement that endorsed and fought for the enslavement of an entire race.

The American flag is responsible for more crimes against humanity than the flag of a country whose creation led immediately to it's destruction. Let's just not fly the flag then, right
