"I do not take my mandate from the European people.” - Cecilia Malmström

It just boggles my mind to see the chief negotiator of the eu taking such a position. How did we get to this point where officials don't care one bit about the people but do everything our corperation backed lobbyists say? This must end.

Here's a better idea: you should start a petition to dissolve the European Union!

Why? Because she is honest? Must a politician always lie? Let's have some honest politicians as well

**Yet when I asked the trade commissioner how she could continue her persistent promotion of the deal in the face of such massive public opposition, her response came back icy cold: “I do not take my mandate from the European people.” So who does Cecilia Malmström take her mandate from? Officially, EU commissioners are supposed to follow the elected governments of Europe. Yet the European Commission is carrying on the TTIP negotiations behind closed doors without the proper involvement European governments, let alone MPs or members of the public. British civil servants have admitted to us that they have been kept in the dark throughout the TTIP talks, and that this makes their job impossible.

In reality, as a new report from War on Want has just revealed, Malmström receives her orders directly from the corporate lobbyists that swarm around Brussels**

Nothing we didn't already know, but nice to see an admission.

National Sovereignty conflicts should prevent this from ever becoming law in the US. But apparently, they are ready to weaken / attack the Constitution over a piece of trade legislation that only benefits the elites.

I can only assume that every senator that votes for this traitorous attack on liberty is completely compromised. Will that be the majority of congress? Frightening..

Unfortunately, the Senate is thoroughly in the hands of the establishment leadership, who wants it 100% and I'm certain they'll be able to cross the 51-vote hurdle, so unless they get toppled or somebody manages to successfully challenge the fast track on constitutional grounds, it'll pass.

" “I do not take my mandate from the European people.”"

Massive and Suicidal Immigration policies. Free Trade Deals that hurt the lives of the vast majority of EU citizens.

What we have operating in the EU Elite and Scandinavian circles is a MEME of a world without borders where nothing matters but both the ability to generate profit and the free reign to exercise absolute control over private Capital.

This lady represents the oligarchic interests that drive both the inane call for Islamic migration and pitting the worlds laborers against one another for the sake of cutting wages and increasing profit.

REVOLT. That is you only solution, European Citizens.

You don't "Choose" to evolve so "evolve" cannot be a solution.

Evolution works by natural selection. 98% of all creatures go extinct. There is no magical force that keeps Humans from joining those ranks.
