So sad that nutters pick schools to shoot up instead of corrupt boardrooms.

They could potentially get sympathy instead of hate, and boy would they get the Herostratic fame they sometimes seek. Not as easy to get into one of those though. Specially if you are a retard unstable individual like the one that would do such a thing.

Just go in as a the 'network guy' that's here to fix things. You wouldn't believe the places I've gotten into with that line. Its plausible, every office in existence blames the network for something. You just have to chat them up and figure out what their particular thing is, then its yea I'm here to look at that..

I've gotten myself into offices of heads of state using social engineering. No one wants to be the person that sent the guy away thst the boss is expecting to fix something.

https://en.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/herostratic for anyone else who has never seen that word before.

From Ancient Greek Ἡρόστρατος‎(Hēróstratos), after the arsonist Herostratus, who sought fame by burning down theTemple of Artemis.

AdjectiveEdit

herostratic ‎(comparative more herostratic, superlative most herostratic)

Seeking infamy

To be fair, I imagine they're much harder to gain access to.

Yes, but wouldn't the glory the seek be all the greater?

Save a student, kill a banker.

Most school shootings are personal. Often times the shooter has a grudge, whether genuine or imagined. I doubt you'd ever get one of them to change target and go after business executives.
