If this was a girl committing suicide, feminists would be all talking about 'muh feels'

Not even remotely true. I think this is a tragedy & I'm a liberal male who supports feminism.

False rape accusers should face penalties, the accuser in this case should be charged with manslaughter.

This is absolutely sickening. There needs to be some kind of punishment for people who come forward with these false rape accusations. These people need to realize that there are real and severe consequences to their actions. It's far too easy for women to abuse this system and completely ruin someone's reputation and life.

Manslaughter comes to mind.

I like it. If your false accusation brings the accused to commit suicide, they false accuser should face manslaughter charges. That would be a great deterrent.

There needs to be some kind of punishment for people

This is the problem with the world. People wanting more government. Can't you see that is the root of the feminists, th eSWJ, the PC's every group wants more punishment for the other group. We're being divided and conquered while we ask for more and more punishments, restrictions and control.

Well something has to be done. Right now, people can make these false accusations with little to no consequences for the damage it does to the accused and their family. Damage that can never be undone. I'm all for other ideas.

Unlike if this happened in the United States, I suspect this won't go unpunished in the UK; they seem to be ahead of the curve when it comes to this kind of nonsense.

The main difference being that those groups want people arrested for offending them. A false rape accusation can and will ruin someone's life, even after the charges are dropped. People are still going to associate you with rape, whether it was real or not. Rape is a serious crime, and those that file false charges on it should be punished in some way.

my brother had rumors spread the he raped a girl when he was in middle school. He is the biggest nerd too. These women are psychopaths and need to be hospitalized.

Perhaps the punishment for false rape accusations should be rape?

There's that girl in Connecticut that's being charged with involuntary manslaughter for texting her boyfriend to kill himself, so maybe there is hope a precedent will be set in a case like this.

Scroll down and read her texts... there is nothing involuntary here.

That was the outcome from the Rolling Stones false rape accusation. She said she was glad she wrote it because it "started a conversation".

She should absolutely be charged with his death. Her malicious actions precipitated this and she should, at the very least, get charged with manslaughter.

I can't see more than a manslaughter charge, honestly. But that's definitely reasonable.

I also wonder, are there any cases of slander cases being won against women who falsely accuse a man of rape?

She accused him in a culture where a rape accusation means guilty until proven innocent and a reputation that is tarnished for life. Even if proven innocent, your name has been dragged through the mud and you'll get no front page apology from the media like the accusation pieces they run and your accuser probably won't fave any penalty.

So yeah, it's no big deal and this is all on him

Speaking about the alleged victim, she said: "She accused him of rape and said he was a sexual offender. "He was absolutely distraught. Two weeks later she said she withdrew the allegations.

This is abuse. Sadly, this mental/emotional abuse was just too much for Mr. Cheshire.

Unfortunately the way the world works today she will see no jail time or punishment.
