This is just another example of the tyranny of social democracy ( socialism ) .. to take what is not theirs because they have some political agenda to achieve

Do you want Nazis? Because this is how you get Nazis.

Seriously, stuff like this swells the ranks of the Right and in much of Europe the only Right is the extreme Right.

Really the insane left has been doing everything they can to rekindle the ultranationalists and set the world aflame.

I'm beginning to think this is their plan. There is no other rational explanation for their actions.

It's my belief that every human should deserve a place they can call a home, a moral right. Nobody should be on the streets, or living in a tent. If people can be placed in a house, then that's great. What upsets me, is that todays world views housing as a commodity and a market, instead of the necessity that it is. If people are buying houses merely for profit, ie; selling them on during a housing bubble collapse to make a quick buck... then they should be seized if unoccupied for lengthy periods of time. Not only for displaced people during times of conflict, but for humans in general. In most (if not all) developed countries, there are more than enough empty homes to place every last homeless person.

Why is this method not adopted? Because capitalism requires homelessness and suffering to function. Regardless of who or where somebody comes from, we all need a home. I imagine, that the already homeless nationals in germany have not been offered a home they can get shelter at, which is probably causing anger for some people... hence the "charity starts at home first" saying. But germany, probably doesn't want to eradicate homelessness because they have a capitalist economy. No homeless people = less profits for the already wealthy.

Sorry, I'm a little slow. Could you explain how homelessness generates profit for the wealthy?

Where does capital come from? If every single person was employed and had their own house, capitalism wouldn't work. It requires poverty (which is where most cases of homelessness arise).

Tell that to all the owners of all the empty homes in the Hamptons. Huge 8 bedrooms homes used for a few weeks in the summer, empty all year.
