I don't understand the issue. If two people are legally married in one country, of course other countries are obligated to recognize the marriage. We may not like the laws of the other country and may encourage them to change those laws but it isn't right to un-marry two people and bastardize their children when they enter another country. It is still legal here in some states for 14 year olds to marry with the consent of a judge. For the sake of disclosure, my own grandmother married at 14 here in the US and she was a very willing bride. Had she not liked it, she could have divorced. She never did. That speaks for itself. If two people, or even one of them, do not like their marriage and go to a country that allows it, they can divorce. They do not need their marriage nullified. That would be wrong. It is also wrong to force the abandonment of a young wife and leave her "back home" without the support and protection of her legal husband. In some places, that is almost a fate worse than death. Just enforce truancy laws and make sure the young wife goes to school and learns her legal rights and what support may be available to her and her children. You may be surprised that she wants to stay with her husband
