Um, who cares if it's "fair" not to have friends or dating partners that are of a particular background? Am I homophobic because I don't fuck other women? Who affirmative-actions their sex life or friend circle?

I actually don't have any friends because I'm a die-hard misanthrope who hates people and prefers to be alone. Not interested in dating either. But what's the big deal if all my hypothetical friends or paramours are white? Nobody complains about blacks who only have black friends. There's Christian Mingle dating site for people who only want to date Christians. There's JDate for people who only want to date Jews, and Black People Meet for blacks who want to date other blacks. Why not AryanLove.com or AlbionPartners.com for people who only want to date whites?

Everybody has their preferences and their deal-breakers. For some it's weight; for others it's "those things you can't control" but which are still part of the person that may turn you off. Gentlemen preferring blondes is OK, but not gentlemen specifically not preferring blacks? Is it now a hate crime to write "SWF seeking SWM" in the personals?

I don't even think it's OK to criticize people for excluding others from their personal life based on immutable characteristics. Others may think you're a dick for not having friends in wheelchairs but that's not the same as saying it's "hateful" or deserving of social shunning. Everybody on the show Friends were only friends with single able-bodied white heterosexuals. Is that show now Stormfront propaganda or something?

the problem is if you would otherwise be friends with someone because eg they share your interests. or if you didn't want to be married by a black/brown/yellow/female minister
