Agreed but I worry what one million a year would do to inflation. Women deserve to have any and all possible needs resolved for them because child barring is difficult enough. imagine what the world would be like if the government forced women to have children they couldn't afford or refused to properly found orphanages.

Good point. Better make a two million $ which automatically adjusts every year for inflation. For the orphanages, the government could just hand out $10 million checks to anyone who promises that they really plan to start one. I'm glad Voat has brilliant liberal minds like ours to formulate thorough policy.
Agreed, the only other option I can think of would be to let women choose for themselves how to live their lives. Including ending ending the lives of their un-born children because diapers are expensive and my taxes are high enough.
