It should seriously be illegal to have more than $1billion in personal holdings. Nobody needs more than that and withholding it from the rest of the world only does damage to 99% of the world's population and encourages unchecked, rampant greed.

So you think that people that created a business or had a phenom idea (re: the Ebay guys, Yahoo guys, YouTube guys, to name a few) and made billions, shouldn't be allowed to keep the money that they earned?

I'm sorry, but I work DAMN hard for my money, and worked hard and crawled & clawed my way up the corporate ladder. Started life after college as a fucking STOCK-BOY in a warehouse. I now make low 6-figures (not billions, by the way).

I worked EXTREMELY hard, just as the billionares of the world did. They just happened to get lucky, and be at the right place at the right time.

THAT'S what the Ameriican Dream is all about. Working your way up from nothing, to have SOMETHING.

And you want to take it all away from them, simplky because you think they have too much?

That seems aweful "crybaby" to me.

In before "but, but, you're privileged! You just got lucky!"

SJWs always have an excuse when confronted by people with the type of work ethic they personally lack.

Well it worked out nicely for you, but many of us are trapped in "at-will" or "independent contractor" bullshit situations where companies make their money out of keeping us low, only employed minute-to-minute, doing shady deals where they don't pay taxes (Google, Apple, Uber - all your big tech money comes from evading taxes). The 1% situation isn't accidental or bullshit - it's taken off the shins of every worker in every way. Yeah I'm crying - I worked for 35 years for other people who made money off me and and gave nothing back because my government said it didn't have to and now I have nothing to show for my life. I've worked harder than you ever have or will, pencil pusher.
