I would agree that it's good for smokers, but it's severely flawed for growers and distributors, which is unacceptable, especially since it's being written into the state constitution. This bill essentially creates a legal monopoly on the plant, disenfranchising anyone without the legal or monetary clout from entering what could be a very profitable and easily accessed peofession.
There should be venues for the average person to enter the industry, just like in other states that have legalized pot.
