I don't think it will. We're a pretty split state politically, though we tend to lean slightly more toward the conservative side and, as is the nature of conservatives, they tend to have more traditional values including the view that pot is bad. Add to that the fact that there are plenty of smokers that are saying they will vote against it due to the monopolistic nature of the bill.
Then there's the fact that even if it is passed, there will be an anti-monopoly issue on the ballot that if passed would nullify the proposed pot deal. Even people who vote yes to legalization may not realize that the monopoly issue would affect legalization and end up voting for the anti-monopoly bill. Regardless of whether legalization gets enough votes, I have little doubt that the anti-monopoly bill will receive more votes in support of it than the legalization bill receives.

I think it will because the average smoker doesn't care about where its coming from they just want to buy at the store.
