There needs to be something where females can be held accountable when they cry rape, destroy someones life, and are then proven beyond doubt to be full of shit. This is a fucking epidemic (no pun intended)

As a rape victim, I wholeheartedly agree. Fuck your feels bitch, either you REALLY were or you need a cup of fucking concrete and to stop making it hard for real victims to get justice. And false accusers should have the same punishment as was hoped for the falsely accused, publication of their names on a false accuser register and all. Fuck that vindictive, hateful, SJW bullshit.

Preach it.

Real rape doesn't take you half a year to realize. Fuck that bullshit.

I'm sorry that happened to you and I agree, this "grey rape" notion is an insult to people that have actually had to endure that terrible experience.

But that would discourage people from coming forward! /s

Actually, it wouldn't, because if you were really raped, then you would either be too traumatised to come forward anyway, regardless of how easy it was made, or you would be so pissed off that nothing could stop you reporting it.

That excuse is used only to make it easy for bat shit crazy, or ego bruised women, to make up stories for attention, or to mend their wounded pride. It has nothing at all to do with real victims of rape.

Instead we get the opposite where people claim false rape because they know that even if they get found out 2 things tend to happen.

  1. Damage is already done to whomever they claim against. Media reports tend to skew in the direction of frontline rape claims, page 17 claim apologies [in really small font].

  2. Status quo is nothing comes to those who make the false claims, so people therefore keep doing it.

Until there are actual regular penalties for making false rape claims there will be people that continue to do so for various reasons such as regret, spite, etc.

Edit: Grammar.

That's why I said "proven beyond doubt they are full of shit". Because it is often proven that they made it all up and yet there are no consequences. If real rape victims come forward, they have nothing to fear. Even if the rape charges don't stick, it can't be proven that the victim made it up. All these women who cry wolf, however, will think twice about making shit up if there might be evidence to incriminate themselves (and consequences as a result)

What there needs to be is some fucking sense on the part of our institutions. This is beyond absurd - it's actually oppressive. The problem isn't the girl with issues. The problem is the response of the authorities. They should be held accountable for this as much as anyone for letting their processes become toxic with hyperfeminist chauvanism.

No, that's very harsh, getting raped by the perpetrator then getting raped by the lawyer that he hired is really fucked up.

What should be done is names of the people involved in the trial should be kept private. Keep it innocent until proven guilty
