Very interesting study. Quite a lot to work out, though, not to mention the effect these drugs might have on the pregnant mother.
Also, this type of technique would require continued treatment, from early in development (before birth) at least through adulthood. Otherwise their development will still get stunted to some degree.
Also, while I understand the need for downs advocates, I don’t understand why Downs advocates would need downs to continue to exist. Surely they’d be happy it was fixed, and move on to another cause.
