Abortion
Anti-gunner
The whole kavanaugh thing was so right wing cucks would not debate the nature of his rulings [which were very pro immigrant, pro gun control, pro marxist feminism, pro nigger/justice reform and pro abortion], and instead the right focused entirely on the false accusation and media circus surrounding this bullshit.
Remember that all the right wing news outlets even alt-media types were also entertaining this charade of muh poor abuse of women when kavanaugh was a teenager without any evidence and reeling against this rather then discussing how he ruled in the past and judge him based on merit. No God fearing republican or a conservative would have backed his ass up. Trump appointed a central leftist.
I pointed that out at the time that Kavanaugh was a lot of noise to get the people to rally behind a neocon judge, actually saying, “He didn’t rape that broad, but he also isn’t fit to be on the Supreme Court.”
rather then discussing how he ruled in the past and judge him based on merit. No God fearing republican or a conservative would have backed his ass up. Trump appointed a central leftist.
I tried explaining that to the Qtards while that whole kavanaugh shit show was happening. They couldn't be bothered to look at any of his past though because they were too busy "passing popcorn, winning!, and BOOMing" while they called people shills.
This is what you're missing . Trump's Jews get what they want Mass immigration , and he does not have to take the blame. so everyone can continue to believe in Q.
The “be all, end all” is the network of appellate and lower courts, “selective” law enforcement, and a public that lets them all get away with it through blank ignorance.
This is a good thing. States rights over federal rights. The way it is supposed to be. Now states can choose to be sanctuaries and prosper or fail from their decisions. This should be applied to every major issue, like abortion, for example. Let states decide and after a few short years we would see which decisions are good and which aren't.
Just so we refuse them federal aid when they become the burning piles of refuse they're setting themselves up to be. I'm sick of pouring money into cities with failed policies that refuse to change the policies that made them failures in the first place.
Let states decide and after a few short years we would see which decisions are good and which aren't.
That would work if the (((Governors))) and (((Mayors))) were not (((controlled))). Even though the red states didn't do the virus lockdown as hard as the blue states they still played the game enough to seriously fuck the health of medium and small businesses.
I seriously doubt there are hardly any Governors left that are not Freemasons.

Feminism is a subsection of Cultural Marxism. The natsocs opposed this ideology. feminazi is a made up jew term to portray women as bad to the whole men club type individuals who have had bad history with women. Remember that your experiences are anecdotal.

But the Supreme Court, in a decision written by the late Justice Antonin Scalia, has said state and local officials are not obliged to carry out federal enforcement. That state’s rights doctrine appears to have prevailed.
I actually agree with this. But this should also mean the federal government doesn't have to give that state any federal tax dollars, for anything, until they comply.
Also it does not set precedent because refusal to hear does not mean that in the future if it is ever brought up again or if 2A sanctuary city/county/state is ever brought before the SC. You can bet if left wins after 2024-2032 time frame they'll be attacking and trying to get 2A sanctuary abolished by getting a ruling against it by the SC.
You're living in the past. You will go straight to prison in most places. Okay, technically you'll go to jail first, then prison after your sentencing.
2020-06-15 | California sanctuary law: Supreme Court rejects Trump challenge - Los Angeles Times
'The Trump administration, led by Sessions, filed suit against California seeking to have the state law declared invalid. '
'He insisted California was unconstitutionally interfering with federal immigration enforcement. '
'It establishes the conditions under which state and local law enforcement agencies may deploy public funds and personnel to assist with federal immigration enforcement,” he wrote. '
'The same principle applies when enforcing federal immigration law, said Becerra in defense of the law. “SB 54 regulates the use of the state’s own resources. '
'The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear the Trump administration’s challenge to a California “sanctuary” law, leaving intact rules that prohibit law enforcement officials from aiding federal agents in taking custody of immigrants as they are released from jail. '

How’s that “Thank God Trump got to pick the new Supreme Court justices” thing working out?
What am I missing? I know there’s more.

It’s a back handed way of winning.

Trump picks the Supreme Court justices, and Democrats are still winning. What a time to be alive.
