We've seen it with SOPA/CISPA, we've seen it with just about every piece of legislation that's been presented and shot down (or failed to meet muster in some other manner). This will be no different.

What makes a trade agreement different than a domestic piece of shit legislation is that other countries have to agree to it. If you are going to screw over someone else's plebs then you need to compensate quite a bit. SOPA/CISPA just screw over our people, so you can do it freely (as long as you can sneak it past.
