I agree with you on how things would get more expensive. However a gradual switch towards manufacturing would start curbing the snowflake agenda by getting them to work real jobs. People won't have time for that bull anymore. Maybe a bit of real work would give them more testosterone to begin with ha.
I'll add that to some extent the trans/snowflake phenomenon is a product of good times that lasted too long giving public institutions and corporate HR departments too much money. That money has to be spent to justify their jobs so they throw money at every issue brought to them.
We've already seen the start of this with transition surgeries being cancelled to leave beds open for real patients. When there were more beds than patients they would bring you in for any nonsense so they could continue to justify the beds.
