From a purely medical perspective, puberty blockers are reversible in terms of typical human biological development. Once human tissue is exposed to puberty-stimulating levels of hormones, it changes.
The problem, from a lawsuit standpoint, is that she took testosterone supplements, which cause permanent developmental changes. Once the tissues masculinizes, you can't really reverse that. It's like trying to unbake a cake.
