if the tow truck driver is to be believed it's an interesting case of timing as the officer could have ordered the vehicle out of the tow at the expense of the company (vehicle code 323 (3)(a) if memory serves).
stand your ground doesn't work against law enforcement. that would be too legal. you know as well as I do you can't be legal, shoot a cop, and live a normal life after.
