Not gonna fix the DOD commission that selects and awards the contracts and continues to pick these leftist entrenched construction companies that are so fucking corrupt they skim massively from the top and work as slow as possible.
Fisher finally got a 400 mil contract and those on the left immediately initiated judicial actions to investigate why this company was awarded it, while Fisher can do it 300% faster due to their construction technique of having a 3 fence sections welded together with cagemolds and then placed as 1 into the trench. Rather then 1 fence section at a time that the other construction companies do.
Honestly, having seen both sides of government contracting, I don't blame fat contractors nearly as much anymore. Sure there's corruption and bribery, but it's the customer's responsibility to make sure they're not being fleeced, and government contracting officers are so retarded they deserve it. And their bosses who want the work done are usually so inept or non-technical that you have to basically be a mind reader to figure out what they want, and then if they're really an asshole and they told you something incorrect, they'll try to blame you instead of taking responsibility. And then it's you vs an entity with an unlimited legal budget.
All of that gets priced into future contracts or companies go out of business, lessening competition and again raising prices.

Thank God the judiciary is deigning to let our elected officials do their jobs. Glad we got permission.
