Nothin can cheer me up. Idk what to do. I felt good then my head turned on me and I started thinking about suicide again. It’s like these thoughts follow me around and then they just start seeping in. They’re like my shadow or some shit. I’m sure this will last several days it usually does. Then it’ll go away and I’ll feel awesome. Then it’ll come back and so on. It gets really old. It wears you down after a while it gets worse Everytime. Years and years of it. I would rather just die but I’ll take a dick pic tooo

Hang in there man. It doesn't always get worse. It can get better. You'll learn more over time. What you learn will help you control the cycles.

Surely this has a cause. I would bet that either bad or repetitive dreams go along with this, unless you partake of cannabis which suppresses dreaming.

Try noticing what actions you take that coincide with this. Could it be the weather (Seasonal Affective Disorder)? Maybe it's certain foods that do it. It could be that certain people you're around have this effect. Possibly the media you're consuming. It could be as fundamental as a lack of purpose and motivation towards a goal. Social isolation is another big one. Lack of exercise can cause it as well.

I suffered from depression for years and still do on occasion. I always find a reason behind it, like not having a job (obviously) or if I don't eat well. Many of the things I listed above have contributed to or caused my depression.

I just started taking medication again today. Maybe you should? I mean, heroin would feel better than ssri’s, but how would I continue to be productive for ‘society’? At least this way I can be useful to my children.
