You should check out some history on the American Revolution. Something that I found really interesting is that when I first read about it, I felt that the sentiment was wholeheartedly opposed to the British rule. In reading more, most people really didn't care, and it was only a few that really got people excited for the cause, and I'm talking around less than 3% of the the pop. fought against the most badass nation of the day

We'd have been smoked if it wasn't for the French. Let's not forget that part lest we get too big of a head.

My point wouldn't be to suck the French's, but instead to say that the American Revolution, which seems so massive in popular opinion and has such massive repercussions was from a small number of determined, like minded people are the ones who change the world for whatever their cause is, then the masses follow.

The masses are over-rated, they never really have a clue what's going on, that's why they're fucking masses and they get moved around in the first place!
