I'm actually surprised they allowed it to go to the human rights tribunal. However, they only sided with the parents, this time, for all the wrong reasons. And it only happened because the teacher was juuust a smidge too far to the left and happened to be dealing with a girl: telling her that genders "aren't real," and was being denied her own "gender self-expression."

They are looking for the board not to “devalue, deny or undermine in any way female gender identity.”

If it was a boy, something tells me things would have gone-down much differently. It wasn't a win for anybody; not anyone sane, anyway.

Exactly they would have rejected it, also they were renamed social justice tribunals awhile ago.
