He absolutely deserves the credit, but when your company has a lot of these good people on their staff, they deserve credit for their hiring, training, and values.

I tend to not give credit to non-living entities or corporations because it's the people that do everything. I doubt it was the company training that taught this person to be helpful beyond the food service. To me, this was just a case of someone being very helpful to another person in need. This has only become free (maybe) advertising for a fast food chain. At the end of the day, these fast food chains are just profiting off of selling people junk food. Not very helpful if you ask me.

Agreed "Comcast workers" don't donate to charity. Individual employees do. Especially when there are no matching donations or paid time to do the service. The company gets no claim to that charity.

Changing someone's tire because they're clogging up the driver thru lane is a decision that a greedy person would make too, though.
